Job Description
E.A. Sween is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide frontline technical support to employees across manufacturing, distribution, and corporate environments. This role focuses on delivering a positive end-user experience by resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally. The IT Support Analyst will provide day-to-day technical support for end users, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, and escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years’ Experience providing end-user and infrastructure technical support.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and follow established procedures.
  • Experience monitoring nightly batch schedules and doing basic troubleshooting
  • Experience working with network hardware and software.
  • Experience working with network and security administrative processes such as password management.
