Job Description
E.A. Sween is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide frontline technical support to employees across manufacturing, distribution, and corporate environments. This role focuses on delivering a positive end-user experience by resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally. The IT Support Analyst will provide day-to-day technical support for end users, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, and escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams.
Requirements
Associate’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years’ Experience providing end-user and infrastructure technical support.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and follow established procedures.
Experience monitoring nightly batch schedules and doing basic troubleshooting
Experience working with network hardware and software.
Experience working with network and security administrative processes such as password management.
