The individual will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients and employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and collaborating with team members to resolve IT issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management best practices
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
