Job Description
The IT Support Technician provides technical support to students, faculty, and staff participating in Edconic Precollege Summer programs.
Requirements
Strong understanding of IT concepts, practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in both PC and Mac hardware and software configurations.
Experience with Microsoft 365, and other standard business productivity software.
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to web applications and technology.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear and professional technical support.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and professional conduct.
Ability to work on-site as required.
US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong command of the English language.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
