Job Description
The IT Support Specialist supports and maintains technology equipment, including installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading technology hardware and software for optimal performance. The position involves resolving end-user hardware and software problems in a timely manner and requires strong communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or related field, OR high school diploma plus four years in technical support capacity
  • Advanced user of office productivity software such as Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and have strong time management and organization skills
