Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting internal employees in a high-volume IT environment
  • Strong understanding of macOS and Windows operating systems
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, peripherals, printers, docking stations, and end-user devices
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow)
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions (e.g., Kandji, Jamf) and endpoint security tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of network principles (e.g. WAN, VLAN, Firewalls, etc)
