Role OverviewJoin JST as an IT Support Specialist to empower the Department of Defense's navigation warfare mission. You will provide technical support for end-user devices, network infrastructure, and other IT systems. As a member of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center team, you will help ensure positioning, navigation, and timing superiority.
What You Will Do
Provide technical support for end-user devices, network infrastructure, and other IT systems. Schedule and coordinate customer desk-side support, set up and configure new equipment, investigate and resolve connectivity issues, and participate in construction project planning.
