Role OverviewAs an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to employees in the Austin office, identifying and resolving issues, and continuously improving the support environment. You will work in a fast-paced, growing organization and have the ability to resolve issues at first contact wherever possible.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include owning day-to-day IT support, leading the device lifecycle, driving clean onboarding and offboarding IT execution, ensuring IT documentation is accurate and maintained, and building and maintaining a reliable security baseline.
