Role OverviewAs our IT Support Specialist, you'll help keep the systems, devices, and technology behind our gallery and operations reliable, secure, and running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems and helping people. You'll provide day-to-day technical support across the organization, troubleshoot issues, maintain technology systems and equipment, and partner with the IT team to support employees and ongoing technology initiatives.
What You Will Do
Install and configure computer hardware, software, peripherals, and related IT systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues; resolve or escalate issues as appropriate.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 1+ year of experience in IT support, desktop support, computer repair, or a similar technical role
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments and troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- Strong problem-solving, communication, customer-service, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively, and handle confidential information with discretion
