Requirements
- Serve as the primary on-site IT resource across multiple dental clinics
- Work closely with the company's third-party IT provider to resolve technology issues and complete IT projects
- Purchase and configure computers, servers, and other IT equipment
- Set up computers and technology for new and existing users
- Install computers, networking equipment, and other technology at clinic locations
- Troubleshoot computer, hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Maintain an accurate inventory and log of computers, servers, networking equipment, and other hardware
- Coordinate replacement and deployment of technology equipment
- Help identify technology needs and recommend appropriate equipment and solutions
- Travel to clinic locations as needed to provide on-site support
- Assist with technology-related projects and clinic moves or expansions
