Job Description
IT Support Specialist provides management information system user support, troubleshoots end-user problems, and analyzes and designs software modifications to meet users' needs. The role works with state employees, internal customers, and external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Six (6) months of education or experience in information security, privacy, system/network administration and support, or application development and training
  • Proficiency with MS Office 365 Suite
  • Proficiency with ConnectWise Connect and Microsoft Teams for remote technical assistance
