Job Description
IT Support Specialist & Project Lead responsible for providing customer support, system support, and project management for the organization's desktop computing environment. Must have 2+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk Support and network experience supporting MS Windows, Network, Exchange, Outlook, and Active Directory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience providing level 3 or equivalent IT Helpdesk Support
  • 2+ years of network experience supporting MS Windows, Network, Exchange, Outlook, and Active Directory
