Job Description
IT Support Supervisor responsible for supervising the IT Support Specialist team, managing help desk, and overseeing IT inventory and asset management. Coordinates vendor relations, training, and documentation to improve support team efficiency and quality. Must have experience in IT support, leadership, and knowledge of gaming and POS systems.

Requirements

  • Direct experience in IT support
  • Leadership and supervisory experience
  • Familiarity with ITSM, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and gaming and POS systems
  • Strong understanding of networking basics and peripheral troubleshooting
  • High school diploma or equivalence
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of IT support experience, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity
