Job Description
Provides first-response technical assistance and support for TTCU computer systems, hardware, and software. Monitors and executes system reports, and supports business continuity planning. Performs duties in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Respond promptly to user requests for assistance in operating information systems
  • Perform user administration and reset user access control privileges
  • Assist with the movement of new software into the production environment
  • Conduct equipment hardware maintenance
  • Provide server and networking support
  • Assist with projects as needed
