Job Description
IT Support Technician I is responsible for support of PCs, printers, and related equipment, providing helpdesk support and resolving day-to-day technical issues, while working under the direction of the Firm’s IT Manager.
Requirements
Provide helpdesk support and resolve PC and related problems both onsite and remotely.
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
Provide support for basic IT issues such as password resets, peripheral configurations, desktop/laptop and tablet configurations, software installations and hardware repair.
Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware and software.
Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
Provision new hardware for new and existing users and reimage computers.
Support new hires, employee changes and terminations.
Handle other projects as assigned.
