Role OverviewProvides intermediate technical support for end users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues across enterprise IT environments. Supports installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of IT systems while serving as a reliable resource for users and the IT team.
What You Will Do
Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, troubleshoot and resolve workstation, application, peripheral, and network-related issues, and support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required, and U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Experience providing technical support in a corporate IT environment is preferred.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Experience providing technical support in a corporate IT environment preferred
