Job Description
South College Pittsburgh Campus is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the Information Technology team. This position is full-time, on-site in Cranberry Township, PA. The IT Support Technician will provide technical support for desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and related systems, as well as assist in maintaining hardware and software inventory for asset management.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of overall IT experience
  • 2+ years' experience supporting Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS environment
  • Knowledge of network security practices and Antivirus software
  • ITIL (foundational level)
