Job Description

The IT Support Technician will provide user support for PC software and hardware, and assist in PC network, hardware and software maintenance and upgrades.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree from a two-year college (preferably in Personal Computer or Micro Computer field); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
  • Strong customer service oriented
  • Self-motivation and the desire to meet objectives
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
