Role OverviewThe IT Support Technician is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting and repairing computer systems, hardware and peripherals. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, and requires the ability to work under pressure. The technician will be responsible for maintaining records of support activities, assisting in deploying and installing automated data processing and telecommunications systems, and providing technical support to assist with computer problems.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the IT Support Technician include using remote diagnostic and maintenance tools to resolve issues, maintaining and analyzing computer systems, hardware and peripherals, and performing tech-level functions such as installation of software, virus patches, and upgrades.

Requirements

- One-year related experience or equivalent preferred
