The IT Support Technician assists with installation, configuration, and support of end-user devices and IT infrastructure across company sites, and provides day-to-day IT support for users and systems.

Requirements

  • Install, configure, and support PCs and general IT hardware
  • Basic hardware and software troubleshooting

  • Peripheral and printer support
