Role OverviewThe IT Support Technician is responsible for providing end-user support of hardware and software systems, maintaining department documentation, and ensuring proper protocols are followed for all submitted requests.
What You Will Do
The technician will log, troubleshoot, diagnose, assign, and track all calls and requests that come into the Help Desk, facilitate the problem-solving process between the user and IT staff, and follow up with users on resolved issues.

Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- Two (2) years technical school training related to the PC environment or equivalent experience
- A+ technical certification (preferred)
- On-the-job experience supporting users in a PC environment applicable to that of Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel (preferred)
- Previous work experience in a Call Center or Help Desk environment (preferred)
