Role OverviewAs an IT Systems Administrator, you will own the platforms and services that hold the factory together. You will design, deploy, and harden the systems the shop floor and the rest of IT run on every day. This is a factory-focused role that requires hands-on experience supporting or building services in a factory, warehouse, lab, or other on-site production environment.
What You Will Do
You will spin up new factory sections from an IT perspective, partner with factory, platform, and infra teams to deploy Kubernetes nodes and line-side services, and troubleshoot when services go down. You will also build AI tooling and internal tools for the service desk.

Requirements
- 5 or more years in IT

- Hands-on experience supporting or building services in a factory, warehouse, lab, or other on-site production environment
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes
- Strong outage instincts
- Deep hands-on experience with Okta or another SSO, Microsoft 365, and MDM
- Strong scripting and API skills (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience building tools or automations that make a service desk faster
- Solid grasp of identity, access, and endpoint security patterns
- Comfort across Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Clear writer
- Able to work on-site at our Mesa, AZ factory
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move hardware around the factory floor as needed
