Job Description
ProMach is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain stable, secure, and well-functioning IT systems while providing high-quality support to end users both onsite and remotely.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on IT Systems Administration experience
  • Strong experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Active Directory
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, switching/routing)
  • Experience with patch management tools such as N-able or similar
  • Experience supporting multi-site environments (onsite and remote)
  • Proven ability to manage daily IT operations independently
  • Strong troubleshooting, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within established IT standards and processes
