Role OverviewThe Systems Administrator is responsible for the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of the agency’s IT environment. This role supports clinical, administrative, and operational staff by maintaining systems critical to patient care, data security, and regulatory compliance.
What You Will Do
Administer and support hybrid Active Directory environments, manage hybrid-joined and cloud-joined devices, maintain user accounts, group policies, and identity lifecycle processes, and monitor and optimize system performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in systems administration or related IT roles
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Hands-on experience managing hybrid AD / Microsoft Entra ID environments
- Experience managing hybrid-joined and Entra-joined devices
- Demonstrated experience migrating or converting Group Policy to Microsoft Intune
- Proficiency with Microsoft Intune device and application management
- Working knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
