IT Systems Analyst

Requirements

• Gather and document business requirements and map current-state and future-state workflows.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and technical design documents.
• Support the development and refinement of enterprise-wide application architecture.
• Coordinate communication between business users, developers, and technical teams.
• Create technical documentation, including process maps, test plans, and user training materials.
• Develop functional specifications for complex, database-driven applications.
• Review proposed system changes to ensure alignment with overall architecture and business processes.
• Provide project management support for analysis, design, implementation, and testing activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to develop solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Present system architecture, application capabilities, and technical proposals to stakeholders and vendors.
