Role OverviewMoove AV is seeking an IT Systems & Automation Manager to support and improve daily IT operations across multiple active sites and markets. The ideal candidate combines strong operational IT experience with a passion for automation, process improvement, and problem-solving.
What You Will Do
The role is responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees, managing hardware and software lifecycle processes, administering enterprise SaaS platforms, supporting identity and access management systems, and assisting with the development of automation workflows and lightweight internal operational tools.

Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience supporting IT operations with Bachelors Degree, or 5+ years in experience in similar role, systems administration, endpoint management, automation, or related technical support functions.
- Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding workflows and enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience managing hardware provisioning, account administration, and operational IT processes.
- Basic scripting, automation, or API integration experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
