Role OverviewThe IT Systems Engineer will design, build, and implement solutions that improve service quality and operational efficiency for the entire company. The role involves automating IT processes, applying AI, and shipping self-service tools to internal customers.
What You Will Do
Design and build automations that take repetitive work off of the IT Service Desk, ship self-service tools that let internal customers resolve common IT requests, and build creative custom applications and automations that extend the tools and applications owned by the company.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Engineering
- Experience managing productivity, collaboration, and design tools
- Adept in leveraging a programming language, including Python, Go, Rust, etc.
- Proven success in developing end-user applications and workflow automations for end-to-end continuous integration solutions using REST APIs and Webhooks
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex projects
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve user issues, and work autonomously to identify and solve problems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
