IT Systems Experience Administrator - Data plays a key role in supporting and enhancing Henry Street's technology platforms, ensuring data systems operate securely, efficiently, and reliably to deliver a positive user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT Related Field
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Systems Administration in LAN/WAN environments
  • Demonstrated admin proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook, with admin level familiarity with macOS/iOS
  • Demonstrated Admin proficiency in Microsoft Security and Compliance (Purview and Defender)
  • Microsoft Certified in Security Compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with diverse populations
