IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer

Requirements

• Administer Active Directory / Entra AD, including Organization Unit, Security Group design, and Group policy
• Manage hybrid cloud infrastructure and storage
• Configure and maintain network switches, VLANs, etc.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPN, and email filter
• Perform Server maintenance and updates
• Monitor systems and network performance, respond to incidents, and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
• Oversee virtualization infrastructure and ensure ongoing server health and maintenance
• Manage our ITSM & RMM platforms
• Manage our endpoint configuration management platform and workstation imaging platform
• Administer backup and disaster recovery processes, ensuring verified and tested recovery capabilities
• Maintain documentation including network topology diagrams, firewall rule sets, & IT processes
• Serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation resource and collaborate with the IT Helpdesk team on complex issues
• Assist with Sharepoint permissions as necessary
• Lead or Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and platforms
• Mentor a seasonal intern
