Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Technical Support Specialist to serve as the primary on-site technical resource in a secure, high-availability environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent experience)
  • Working knowledge of: Computer hardware and operating systems, Networking, wireless, and fiber optics, Security hardware, recording, and safety systems, Phone and communication technologies
  • Experience supporting users in a secure or regulated environment preferred, Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills, Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, technical teams, and end users
