Job Description
The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing primary technical support for Surgery Partners' customers, both internal and external. The position involves addressing and solving basic incidents and requests, logging requests in the helpdesk ticketing system, and providing a positive customer support experience.

Requirements

  • Associate (2-year) degree, or comparable experience
  • Healthcare technology experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong initiative and ability to work in a team environment
