Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Technician to join our team in Boston. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring our systems remain operational, secure, and accessible to clients and staff. You will collaborate closely with the IT team to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and maintain company computer systems.

Requirements

  • BA Degree in Information Technology or Systems or Computer Systems
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, field support or help desk environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and a positive customer support attitude
  • Ability to plan, organize and track tasks and issues with global support team
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network devices including switch, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, and access points
  • MCSA (Server 2012 or 2016) required, MSCE preferred
  • Experience with Windows 7 and 10
  • Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange Server (2013 or later)
  • CCNA preferred
  • Experience working with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Virtualization
  • Terminal Server/Remote Desktop Services
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP(v4) and routing
