What You Will Do
Conduct cabling, computer setup in cleanroom manufacturing factory. First line issue identification and recovery of the factory automation system following procedures. Answer helpdesk calls to help internal users with questions and problems concerning computer systems, hardware, and software.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be self-motivated and have ability to multi-task in a high-paced/high stress situations. Strong attention to detail and able to work independently with minimum instruction.
Requirements
- AS or AA in Technology/Engineering related field
- 1-2 years Helpdesk, PC tech support, or network experience
- Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Team player with flexibility, positive attitude, and open mind to learn new technologies
