Role OverviewThe IT Technician is responsible for providing support to Derby City Gaming for operating system requirements. The role involves setting up new hardware, installing and troubleshooting software, and providing quality customer service to users.
What You Will Do
Sets up new hardware, installs and troubleshoots company-approved software, assists with programming copiers, provides quality customer service, educates users to reduce recurring issues, and provides onsite support for the gaming facility.

The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience as an IT Technician, excellent internal and external guest service skills, and a willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of the IT department.
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience as an IT Technician
