Role OverviewThe IT Technician will provide support for general networking, desktop systems, telephony, and systems administration. This position will configure and install new systems and network appliances, as well as perform on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of IT systems and equipment.
What You Will Do
Provide Tier 2 technical support to corporate and remote branch users, monitor and troubleshoot servers, endpoints, networks, storage systems, Active Directory, telephony systems, and business applications. Configure, deploy, and install new hardware, software, systems, and network appliances.

Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions and information
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree in a computer-related field preferred
- 2–3 years of IT support experience (technical support, desktop support, systems support, or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and VoIP technologies
- Experience supporting Windows 11, Windows Server 2019+, Microsoft and Linux environments, plus LAN/WAN and wireless networks
