  • Human Performance Improvement (HPI) certification
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Experience managing technology initiatives for a global audience
  • Experience working in regulated environments
  • Demonstrated success influencing without formal authority
  • Instructional Design experience with the ability to develop learning solutions
  • Familiarity with tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, WalkMe, Office 365, Microsoft Copilot, Bing Enterprise Chat
  • Working knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, or large language models
  • Programming experience with JavaScript, JSON, MySQL, or similar technologies
  • DAX programming for Power BI dashboards
  • Experience with Smartsheet or other project management tools
