Requirements
- 7+ years of professional training experience
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or a related field
- 2+ years of training management experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems, business process transformation, and enterprise software implementations
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience supporting large-scale private-sector, public-sector, or government technology modernization initiatives
- Knowledge of curriculum development, technical writing, and training program management
- Experience developing job aids, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), videos, and multimedia learning materials
- Advanced curriculum development and instructional design capabilities
- Strong facilitation, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from executive leadership to technical teams and end users
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage assignments from planning through successful completion
- Demonstrated experience leading training initiatives
- Ability to identify training gaps and develop solutions that improve workforce readiness
- Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and build positive working relationships
- Ability to keep stakeholders appropriately informed throughout training initiatives
