Role OverviewThe IT Vulnerability Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for monitoring vulnerability scans, mitigating found vulnerabilities, and identifying and documenting security vulnerabilities. The role requires working closely with IT teams to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed and maintained.

The main day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring vulnerability scans, mitigating found vulnerabilities, identifying and documenting security vulnerabilities, and providing support during security audits and assessments.

- Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as Nessus, MECM and Intune
