Job Description
The ITC Hatchery is seeking a Hatchery Worker Labor HY01- FT- 1st Shift to work in Springdale, Arkansas. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving racks of product, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and practicing safe and delicate egg and chick handling. The position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to lift approximately 30 lbs. occasionally.

Requirements

  • Must not have worked for Tyson more than 3X, 180 days waiting period
  • Must have 6 months consecutive work history with one employer within the previous 12 months
  • Must be able to lift approximately 30 lbs. occasionally
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull and reach for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work in an area with a high concentration of allergens
  • Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
