Role OverviewECRE is seeking a versatile, self-directed, and highly organized ITC/PTC Program Manager to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of our Investment Tax Credit (ITC) and Production Tax Credit (PTC) initiatives for our hydropower portfolio.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will serve as the single point of accountability, bridging cross-functional inputs, and owning the qualification work and the evidence set that makes each facility’s credits defensible.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Project Management, Business, or a related technical/analytical field.
- 3 to 8+ years of professional experience in energy project development, asset management, project controls, or renewable energy finance/tax credit compliance.
- Basic familiarity with energy tax credits (ITC/PTC) and an eagerness to learn IRS regulatory frameworks with the support of internal specialists.
