Job Description

JAFRA Cosmetics International is looking for an Operations Coordinator to provide support in the operation from clerical activities to logistics processes. The role involves training new employees, managing workflow, and ensuring seamless delivery of products.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in picking and warehousing process handling inventory, ERP Systems, and operative personnel management
Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
Detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, able to manage complex systems
Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
