Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.
• Clean building floors, gather and empty trash, service and clean restrooms, clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Adjust and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing, and electrical systems, drive vehicles required to perform or travel to cleaning work.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, monitor building security and safety, move heavy furniture and equipment.
• Mow and trim lawns and shrubbery, clear debris from grounds, notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems, requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
