Job Description
Must be detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room and public areas.

Requirements

  • Must be detail-oriented and flexible
  • Clean building floors
  • Gather and empty trash
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms
  • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
  • Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
  • Adjust and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Steam-clean or shampoo carpets
  • Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors
  • Clean and restore building interiors damaged by fire, smoke, or water
  • Clean laboratory equipment
  • Drive vehicles
  • Monitor building security and safety
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Mow and trim lawns and shrubbery
  • Notify managers concerning major repairs or additions to building operating systems
  • Requisition supplies and equipment
