Role OverviewWe are looking for friendly and detail-oriented Janitors and Custodians to provide common area and bathroom cleaning services. You will ensure tenants, guests, and vendors have a clean, healthy, and safe property to live or work in.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibilities will include vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, stripping and waxing floors, dusting, scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom fixtures, emptying trash cans, and assisting building management with projects and other job duties.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone who is willing to stand on their feet for extended periods, can lift 50 pounds or more, and has experience in similar roles using cleaning products and equipment. Strong report writing and verbal communication skills are also required.
