Job Description
The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment across residential buildings and grounds. The technician plays a key role in delivering a positive resident experience by ensuring all common areas and exterior spaces reflect Evergreen’s standards of care and cleanliness.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in janitorial, custodial, or property cleaning roles
  • Experience with light maintenance or working with professional cleaning tools preferred
  • Pool certification required for properties with a pool
  • Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
