Role OverviewPerform janitorial/maintenance duties within the Oakland Arena and Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. Part-time, union position with starting pay at $20.91 per hour. Ability to work irregular extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
What You Will Do
Perform routine maintenance duties, including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash cans. Operate industrial equipment and follow safety policies and procedures.

Must be able to lift and/or carry items up to 100 pounds, work indoors and outdoors in adverse conditions, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- 1-2 years of related work experience
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and proper cleaning techniques
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English
- Ability to lift and/or carry items up to 100 pounds
