Role OverviewSupervisor responsibilities include working with the cleaners, organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments to ServiceMaster standards.
What You Will Do
Training cleaners on ServiceMaster’s standards, products, processes and procedures, conducting on Facility Inspections, cleaning assigned buildings, overseeing staff performance, and assisting in hiring and staffing.

Requirements
- 7 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper
- 5 years' supervisor experience
- Ability to read cleaning instructions
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
