Role OverviewAs a Janitorial Lead, you will lead an assigned building/area, ensuring the facility is kept clean and meets expectations at all times. You will assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and supervising functions and activities of the department. You will maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements are being satisfied.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include enforcing custodial workflow to meet standards and expectations, demonstrating and promoting company culture, values, and management philosophy, and performing other duties as assigned.
