Janitorial Site Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead our second-shift cleaning operations. In this role, you will oversee staff, maintain quality standards, manage supplies, and ensure client satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Direct, train, and schedule hourly cleaning staff across assigned facility zones. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and contract specs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/lead experience in commercial cleaning or facilities.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
