The Janitorial Site Supervisor leads and coordinates janitorial operations at assigned facilities, ensuring buildings are cleaned according to contract specifications, safety standards, and company policies. Responsibilities include supervising staff, assigning work, training new employees, maintaining equipment and supplies, inspecting completed work, communicating with customers, and performing cleaning tasks when needed.

Requirements

  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding
  • Ability to learn basic cleaning principles and techniques
  • Ability to read and understand numbers and volumes
