Role OverviewA Quality Facility Services is looking for a reliable and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations at our Florence, Kentucky facility. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can manage a cleaning team, maintain high quality standards, communicate effectively with employees and clients, and ensure the facility is clean, safe, organized, and ready for the next business day.
What You Will Do
Supervise daily janitorial operations during the 2nd shift, lead, train, and coach cleaning staff, conduct daily team huddles, inspect completed work, and perform final walk-throughs.
